We are looking for a Project Manager with more than 6 years of experience to join our Professional Services team at Galileo. This role requires goes our client's offices in Cordoba, Argentina, 3 times a week. What are we looking for? Comprehensive management of the project lifecycle. Experience working in the financial or banking industry (required). Design of communication, risk, and quality plans. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Azure DevOps, Confluence). Budget management and variance analysis. Intermediate to advanced level of English. University degree in a systems-related field (preferred). Project management certifications (preferred). Leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Negotiation with clients and senior stakeholders. Decision-making focused on results and impact mitigation. Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously. Focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Role responsibilities: Plan and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Represent the project to sponsors. Define delivery strategies and ensure objectives are met. Mentor junior project managers.
