Bluelight Consulting is seeking an Outbound Sales Development Representative for a remote, LATAM role. You will proactively generate leads, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline growth while operating in a fast-paced, client-focused consultancy.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SDR, a hunter mindset, proficiency with HubSpot, and strong communication skills. Experience with SaaS, CRM tools, and AI-enabled workflows is a plus.
