Responsabilidades Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener procesos ETL/ELT de punta a punta. Modelar y optimizar SQL (consultas, vistas, jobs) con foco en performance y calidad. Integrar múltiples fuentes (batch/near-real time) y asegurar trazabilidad y observabilidad . Colaborar con Analytics/BI/Producto para entender requisitos y transformar datos en datasets confiables . Documentar flujos, controles y buenas prácticas; participar en code reviews y mejoras continuas. Requisitos (imprescindibles) 3+ años en Data Engineering / ETL . Dominio de SQL y pensamiento analítico (challenge técnico ≥ 7/10). Experiencia con herramientas ETL : DataStage / PowerCenter / ODI / Integration Services o PL/SQL equivalente. Experiencia en GCP (deseable BigQuery) y trabajo colaborativo con Git/Jira/Confluence. Comunicación clara, autonomía y fuerte orientación a resultados; perfil con impronta consultiva . Se valorará (no excluyente) BigQuery , Python para orquestación/transformaciones. Looker o Tableau para habilitar capas semánticas y dashboards. Buenas prácticas de data quality , particionamiento/clustering y cost optimization en cloud.
