Remote Medical Intake Nurse – Part-Time/Full-Time Opportunity Hours: 10-15 hours/week (part-time) | 40 hours/week available for full-time candidates Language Requirement: Fluent English (written and spoken) About Us Our retreat center is a luxury medical facility in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. With over 800 alumni served in 5 years, we provide medically‑supervised psychedelic therapy in a luxury oceanfront setting with 24/7 physician and nurse oversight. Position Overview We're seeking a Remote Medical Intake Nurse to conduct client onboarding calls and support our sales team with lead outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed nurse looking to earn supplemental income with flexible remote work or transition into a full‑time remote role. Primary Responsibilities Conduct 30‑minute medical intake calls with new clients Review medical history, current medications, and health conditions Answer client questions about retreat protocols and medical supervision Provide excellent customer service and ensure clients feel comfortable and informed Lead Outreach Call new leads within 10 minutes of inquiry Follow a simple one‑page script focused on booking sales consultations Schedule qualified prospects with our sales team Maintain professional and friendly communication with potential clients Ideal Schedule Availability needed: A few open time slots during midday hours (flexible scheduling available) Part‑time: 10‑15 hours/week to start Full‑time option: Scale up to 40 hours/week with lead outreach responsibilities What We’re Looking For Required: Active nursing license (RN or equivalent), some form of medical background Fluent English (written and verbal communication) Strong customer service skills and warm, professional demeanor Comfortable with video calls and remote communication tools Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace Based in Argentina (preferred for time zone alignment) Ideal Candidate: Experience in medical intake, patient education, or telehealth Interest in integrative/holistic medicine or psychedelic therapy Detail‑oriented with excellent documentation skills Comfortable working independently with established protocols What We Offer Flexible remote work – work from anywhere in Argentina Straightforward processes – all client questions are documented; no guesswork required Excellent supplemental income for part‑time work Growth opportunity – scale to full‑time hours if desired Meaningful work – support clients on transformational healing journeys Supportive team environment – work with a dedicated wellness team Compensation $7 USD per hour.
