Dentro del rol, serás un actor clave en la ejecución y seguimiento de las operaciones de perforación en campo. Tendrás como responsabilidad principal colaborar con los distintos sectores involucrados (ingeniería, operaciones y servicios) para asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de perforación, anticipar desvíos y proponer mejoras operativas. Los desafíos con los que te vas a encontrar serán: Interactuar de forma activa con operaciones y servicios en campo; Actuar como nexo facilitando la comunicación con clientes internos; Ser nexo entre el área de ingeniería en oficina y las operaciones en sitio; Realizar el seguimiento del programa de perforación, identificando desviaciones o posibles contingencias. Elaborar programas detallados para operaciones especiales; Monitorear y analizar el desempeño operativo, así como el control de costos asociados; Preparar informes finales que documenten los resultados de la operación y analicen las desviaciones respecto al plan. ¿Qué buscamos? Graduados en Ingeniería en Petróleo, u otra carrera de Ingeniería (Mecánica, Civil, Eléctrica, etc). De 1 a 3 años de experiencia en Operaciones NoC como Ingeniero/a de Perforación y/o como Ingeniero/a en Campo de Cementación y/o Fluidos, o direccional. Disponibilidad para trabajar en diagrama 7x7 en Yac Bajo del Choique, Neuquén. Experiencia en seguimiento de operaciones e interacción con pares y clientes internos; Dominio Intermedio Inglés (No excluyente). ¿Qué ofrecemos?
