What you’ll do You will be responsible for managing the brand communication for our clients across various Social Media channels, acting as the voice of the brands you manage. You’ll shape the tone of communication for the brands, extending creative content into community management. You’ll identify and create opportunities for brand communication and engage the target audience with the appropriate tone. You’ll deliver community insights and collaborate closely with other teams like Account Management, Concept, Social Media Analysts, and Creative, while also coordinating directly with clients when necessary. For critical issues within your communities, you’ll advise our clients on crisis management. You’ll contribute creatively to creating timely content. You’ll mainly work in Social Media monitoring, closely collaborating with our working students and coordinating their tasks. Experience you’ll bring You are reliable and work diligently. You are extremely organized and structured. As cliché as it sounds, you’re a team player. You’re active on Social Media, and Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & Co are second nature to you. You have a good sense for high-quality influencer content and always stay on top of current trends. You stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations and under time pressure. You love new challenges (and we offer plenty of them every day). You’re strong in communication and argumentation. You have a good feeling for language and can hit the right tone for the target audience. You speak fluent English and German.
