A&pp - Gallia Accenture Operations Finance Lead Accenture OverallAct as primary point of contact with leadership regarding finance related questions, issues, policies and procedures. Your key mission is to accompany and guide BPO business into profitable growth.Act as a business advisor to leadership on key decisions by providing data and recommendations to aid decision making with focus on pipeline, pricing, sales, revenue, and profitability improvement actions.Provide advice to help achieve targets, alert the leads, MU CFO Deputy CFO, Europe CFO of significant issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders to address the issues.Play an active role as finance representative in forecast POV Plan review.Review and analyse results.Collaborate, alert, and share any relevant information with BPO Leadership, Client Group, Services, MU CFOs and Client teams. Relevant topics such as results analyse, business outlook update, issues, profitability improvement actions etc.Educate MDs on Accenture financial principles, increase their self enablement with existing tools reports, communicate regularly on key priorities and what needs to be done to deliver target grow pipeline, improve financial management etc. Ensure compliance with US GAAP, Internal Controls and Accenture policiesBe pro active and participate in the management and animation of the local FBM team.
