Job Description We are looking for a Senior Leader / Process Analyst with a strong methodical mindset to lead the transformation and standardization of our operations. The main goal of this role is to conduct the survey and end-to-end mapping of current processes, identifying improvement opportunities and acting as the key translator so that these processes are enhanced by Artificial Intelligence solutions and core systems. Responsibilities End-to-End Process Mapping: Survey, design, and clearly document company processes, precisely defining inputs, outputs, responsible parties, and control points. Standardization and Continuous Improvement: Apply process management methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and propose more scalable operating models. AI Solution Design: Collaborate closely with the AI Lead and technology teams to translate workflows into technical requirements for automation and AI. Cross-functional Management: Work collaboratively with multiple business areas, achieving a holistic vision of the operation and ensuring that interconnected processes function without friction. Requirements Experience: Solid and verifiable track record in process management, operational transformation, or continuous improvement consulting (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). Technical Criteria: Sufficient technical understanding to dialogue with architects and developers, understanding how digital tools can optimize designed flows. Requirements Analysis: Ability to convert a business process into functional specifications for technology projects and AI systems. Methodical Profile: Extreme order, attention to detail, and focus on documentary standardization.
