Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to establish and drive our testing strategy across our low-code financial services platform. This role requires an experienced QA leader who can build a robust testing framework from the ground up, implement comprehensive automated testing solutions, and build a high-performing QA team. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement a comprehensive testing strategy encompassing unit, integration, and end-to-end testing Design and maintain automated test frameworks using TypeScript and modern testing tools Establish testing standards, best practices, and documentation for the engineering organization Build and lead a QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and professional development Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the development lifecycle Implement test automation for our low-code platform, ensuring quality across configurable components Design and maintain continuous integration pipelines for automated testing Create and maintain testing environments that mirror production scenarios Develop metrics and reporting systems to track testing coverage and effectiveness Work closely with product and development teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards Essential Qualifications 6+ years of experience in QA automation with TypeScript Extensive experience designing and implementing end-to-end testing frameworks Strong background in integration testing methodologies Proven experience establishing unit testing strategies and developer workflows Leadership experience in building and managing QA teams Deep understanding of testing principles and methodologies Experience with test automation frameworks such as: Cypress Playwright Jest Testing Library Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices Experience testing complex web applications and distributed systems Understanding of low-code platforms and their unique testing challenges Desirable Skills Experience with visual regression testing Knowledge of performance testing methodologies Familiarity with financial services domain Experience with API testing frameworks Understanding of security testing principles Experience with cloud testing environments (AWS) Background in testing microservices architectures Technical Environment Primary Testing Language: TypeScript Testing Frameworks: Cypress, Jest, Playwright CI/CD: GitHub Actions Development Framework: React, NestJS Cloud Platform : AWS The Selection Process Silver.dev Recruiter Screen Silver.dev Take-home Challenge Registration on Fuse's form Video interview with Fuse Live Testing Screen #J-18808-Ljbffr
