Hello At GUT Network powered by Globant, we're looking for an expert able to navigate fluently between the world of strategic consulting and the operational reality of brand marketing management to fill the position of Digital Marketing Strategist Manager. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define brand roadmaps based on a deep understanding of audiences, definition of Value Proposition, Journey Mapping, optimal channel mix and business KPI matrices. Marketing Transformation: Diagnose and redesign marketing operating models. This includes assessing data maturity, restructuring teams, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in workflows.Growth & Performance: Design strategies to improve the conversion funnel, ensuring that the strategic vision translates into measurable acquisition and retention tactics. Project Management and Agile Methodologies: Lead the implementation of campaigns and projects using agile frameworks, ensuring iterative deliveries, adaptation to change, and speed of execution. End-to-end solution orchestration: coordinating multidisciplinary teams (data, SEO, paid media, automation/CRM, creativity) to build robust and cohesive business solutions. Farming and opportunity detection: Proactively identifying "pain points" and unmet needs in the current client portfolio to generate upselling and cross‑selling of marketing strategy consulting services. Pitch Leadership: Leading the narrative and presentation of business proposals with excellent and persuasive oratory. Business vision: To align marketing proposals with the client's business objectives, ensuring solutions of high perceived value. Skills and Experience Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of leading teams. Campaign consulting and execution: Demonstrable experience leading marketing projects for external or internal clients, from strategic conception to tactical implementation. Agile management and team orchestration: Solid experience managing campaigns using agile methodologies. Proven ability to coordinate and synchronize multidisciplinary teams (creative, media, data, tech), define detailed tactical roadmaps, establish key project KPIs, and lead the presentation of results and optimization reports. Experience in transforming marketing departments and successfully implementing strategies in complex environments.
