Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Engineer with strong design, development, and implementation skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of BRM architecture, hands‑on expertise with opcodes, pricing modules, and integration components, as well as strong programming capabilities. You will work as part of a globally distributed engineering team, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of our BRM‑based solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Oracle BRM solutions. Create High-Level Designand Low-Level Designdocuments for BRM modules. Develop custom policy opcodes, Custom MTA applications, and other BRM custom components to meet customer-specific requirements. Work extensively with Pipeline Rating Engine and perform related configuration tasks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Perform system evaluations, identify performance indicators, and implement corrective/improvement actions. Research, design, and develop software applications to extend, improve and optimize current solutions. Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Work collaboratively within a tight‑knit, globally distributed engineering team. Qualifications 5 to 8 years of design & implementation experience in Oracle Billing Revenue Management System (Oracle BRM). Good understanding of BRM Development environment, opcode expertise, and Pricing Module knowledge. Experience in writing custom policy opcodes and MTA Applications to meet the Customer specific requirements. Good hands‑on experience in the Pipeline rating engine and related configurations. Good understanding of BRM modules like Customer Mgmt, Billing, Invoicing, Subscription Mgmt, Journal, AR, etc. Good hands‑on experience in Pricing Design Center (PDC). Good at programming using C, Java, Python, and scripts using Perl and Shell scripting. Experience in systems evaluation, such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance. Good hands‑on experience in Billing Care.
