The Mission The Recruitment Specialist will align People strategies with the business objectives by focusing on talent acquisition and provide comprehensive People solutions, guide talent management, and foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, and selection. Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in Argentina and position the company as an employer of choice. Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake and job posting to offer management and hiring closure. Keep abreast of People best practices and industry trends, ensuring that our People policies and procedures remain current and compliant. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define profiles, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. Implement creative sourcing methods to identify and attract a diverse pool of candidates. Participate in candidate interviews and selection processes to ensure the best-fit candidates are hired. Track, analyze, and optimize hiring data to continuously improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience. Prepare and present clear recruitment reports and talent analytics to support People and leadership decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or related fields (Master's degree preferred). +3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the architecture environment. Proven experience in employee branding. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with leadership and influence positive change. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Advanced/native English proficiency is a must. Employment Type Full Time This is not a remote position.
