Accounts Payable Specialist Salt Square is an IT Hub working with clients from the healthcare and fintech industries. We have several teams which are fully integrated with our clients. Essential Duties and Accountabilities : Process assigned vendor account invoices for payment according to company policy by verifying documentation of charges and terms for client contracts. Provide customer service to vendors and company departments by researching requests for information and queries. Maintain Accounts Payable invoice batch entry, post batches and correct batch posting issues. Cross‑train in processing payments for key accounts i.e. laboratory charges by accurate coding, verification of contracted pricing. Pull information for support team to notify vendors need for additional required documentation such as Breath Alcohol Test forms, Chain of Custody forms, etc. Ability to identify and manage multiple priorities. Other duties as assigned.
