Ethics & Compliance Manager, Hispanic Latam En Dentsu buscamos Ethics & Compliance Manager . Puesto full time, en relación de dependencia. Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrida. Presencial en Belgrano una vez por semana. Requiere inglés avanzado y experiencia previa en posiciones similares. Principales tareas del puesto Aplica y gestiona las iniciativas del programa de cumplimiento global, lo que incluye el seguimiento de proyectos e iniciativas específicos relacionados con el cumplimiento en múltiples países y/o empresas dentro de Dentsu. Promueve iniciativas de cumplimiento en toda la empresa y trabaja con las funciones y la alta dirección para ayudar a identificar, investigar y mitigar/resolver los problemas y riesgos relacionados con el cumplimiento; lo que incluye, cuando proceda, coordinar y dirigir las reuniones de los comités de riesgo y cumplimiento y prestar asistencia en las investigaciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento cuando así se indique. Revisa y recomienda modificaciones de las políticas y procedimientos con el fin de cumplir con los requisitos legales, gubernamentales, de la industria/sector y de la empresa, y los estándares de mejores prácticas. Fomenta una mayor comprensión de las políticas y procedimientos relacionados con la ética y el cumplimiento mediante la formación y la concienciación. Desarrolla tableros, tarjetas de puntuación y presentaciones para poner de relieve las lagunas en materia de ética y cumplimiento y para destacar las buenas prácticas. Es un punto de contacto con recursos internos y externos para mantenerlos al tanto de las novedades legislativas y reglamentarias que afecten a temas de cumplimiento. Recibe y responde a las consultas relacionadas con el cumplimiento del personal, la dirección y los compañeros del departamento legal y de cumplimiento, lo que incluye el apoyo a las presentaciones de clientes. Ofrece apoyo a fusiones y adquisiciones, a los afiliados y a otros terceros con la debida diligencia.
