We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Regional Executive Vice President (EVP) to lead strategic growth, operational excellence, and financial performance across the company’s regional operations. The EVP will be responsible for driving business expansion, ensuring organizational alignment with global objectives, and fostering high‑performing regional leadership teams. This executive role requires a proven leader with deep regional expertise, strong strategic insight, and the ability to deliver sustainable results in dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all regional business operations. Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with the company’s global strategy and long‑term vision. Oversee revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance across business units within the region. Collaborate with global and corporate leadership to establish priorities, optimize resources, and achieve organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and develop regional leadership teams to ensure excellence, accountability, and engagement. Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks within the region. Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency through innovation and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, partners, and governmental or regulatory stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regional legal, financial, and operational standards. Represent the region in global executive meetings, providing strategic insights and performance updates. Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and market adaptation. Promote a culture of integrity, collaboration, and high performance throughout the region. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA strongly preferred). 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience, including at least 5 years managing multi‑country or regional operations. Proven success in driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence in complex business environments. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to think strategically and act decisively in fast‑paced, competitive markets. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances. Willingness to travel frequently within the region and globally as required.
