IM&S Spot Buyer As an IM&S Spot Buyer, you will accomplish sourcing and fulfillment activities for indirect materials and services (IM&S) across the NOAM region, with a focus on MRO, CAPEX, and OPEX. Ensure in-full delivery of goods and services according to the sourcing strategies in compliance with Procurement policies. Promote savings, process efficiency, and partner satisfaction through supplier management collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez. Main Responsibilities Implement competitive sourcing events (spot bids, tenders) for MRO, CAPEX, and OPEX projects Release and manage Purchase Orders in SAP within agreed timelines. Track deliveries and follow up with suppliers and company partners to ensure business continuity and secure supply. Contribute to cost avoidance and savings targets through data-driven sourcing decisions. Manage issue resolution related to deliveries, invoices, and supplier performance with Category Managers, requesters, and AP team. Ensure compliance with Procurement guidelines. Maintain sourcing data accuracy in Archlet, SAP, and Procurement systems. Requirements Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, working with related roles. Hands-on experience with CAPEX or MRO categories Experience using SAP (MM, SRM) and e-sourcing tools Fluent in English both oral and written and preferably Portuguese Our Benefits Hybrid working model.
