Overview Start date: Immediate, 40 hours per week Buenos Aires (remote) Contractor (PJ) This isn’t your average junior role - it’s your front-row seat to shaping how Inner Circle shows up across LATAM and beyond. From influencer campaigns to in-app communities, you’ll be the one keeping things sharp, fresh, and buzzing. If you’ve got the languages (Spanish and English) and the hustle, we’ve got the opportunity for you. Goal of the role You’ll support influencer campaigns, manage our LATAM (ES) and Global (EN) Instagram and TikTok accounts, plan and execute CRM, and help build vibrant communities in-app. From keeping campaigns on track to spotting what’s trending before everyone else, you’ll be hands-on in making sure Inner Circle stays sharp, relevant, and impossible to ignore. What you’ll do Support influencer campaigns in Argentina & Colombia Plan and post for LatAm and Global Instagram + TikTok Plan and execute CRM campaigns Curate and grow in-app Circles Report on marketing performance What we’re looking for You speak Spanish and English You have 1–2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing You’re organized, proactive, creative and detail-oriented Pro-active and independent Authentic team player Driven by high-quality work What we offer The chance to make a life-changing impact on people’s lives Experience working in a tech company and getting to learn hands-on about marketing from our experienced team.
