Sumate ¿Qué desafíos vas a encontrar en esta posición? Diseñar APIs y contratos consumidos por web/app, maximizando performance en el front (Angular ) y experiencia de usuario. Evolucionar la arquitectura en AWS (API Gateway, Lambda/ECS, RDS/PostgreSQL, Redis, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, CloudFront) asegurando SLOs y cost‑efficiency. Mantener lacalidad y observabilidad en el SDLC(tests unitarios/integración/e2e, coverage, dashboards) para asegurar la calidad y monitoreo en prod. Acompañar al equipo con mentoring técnico , code reviews y buenas prácticas; impulsar discovery con Producto y experimentación (A/B, feature flags). Diseñar, construir y operar features IA‑first para nuestros productos (recomendaciones personalizadas, alertas inteligentes, asistentes) integrando LLMs y servicios de IA, midiendo activación, conversión y NPS. ¿Qué buscamos? Seniority 4+ años en Node.js (NestJS/Express/Fastify) y en Angular con TypeScript . Experiencia construyendoproductos a escala yAPIs robustas; diseño de modelos de datos (PostgreSQL/Redis) yevent‑driven (SQS/SNS/EventBridge/Kafka deseable). Conocimiento sólido de AWS (al menos uno: Lambda/ECS, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Secrets/KMS). Mindset cultural NX : ejecución, foco en impacto, trabajo en equipo y obsesión por la experiencia del cliente. Haber llevado a producción soluciones deIA (integración con LLMs, embeddings/RAG , prompt engineering, evaluación/guardrails) con foco en impacto de negocio.
