Responsibilities Submit your application with detailed information about your expertise Complete our skills assessment and technical evaluation Join our talent pool if qualified Get matched with relevant client projects based on your skills and availability Accept projects that interest you and fit your schedule What We're Looking For We welcome applications from Email Marketing Specialists of all levels with expertise from various industry backgrounds: Email Campaign Management Email Automation Email Deliverability Email Marketing Email Design Client Focus Areas E-commerce Email Marketing B2B Email Marketing SaaS Email Marketing Publishing/Media Email Marketing Non-profit Email Marketing Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of email marketing metrics and KPIs Experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email marketing regulations Strong copywriting and content creation abilities Data analysis and reporting capabilities Excellent communication and attention to detail Email marketing certifications (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred Technical and Proficiency Experience with HTML and CSS for email A/B testing and optimization expertise CRM platform experience Understanding of email deliverability principles Project management List management and segmentation expertise What to Expect — Schedule and Compensation Majority of clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday; some roles may have unusual hours Compensation: rate starts at $5 per hour; payment is made via Deel Equipment and Work Setup Computer with at least 8GB RAM, modern processor Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps Headset with noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam Back-up computer and internet connection Quiet, dedicated workspace at home Application and Login You may need to sign in or create an account to apply.
