Overview We're seeking Bilingual Customer Service Assistants (Remote). People residing in Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST. The Role You will succeed here if you value clear processes and can perform the following responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing guidance and solutions to their inquiries Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to services and processes Our projects may include other related tasks; the specific tasks will vary depending on the client and the exact job description.
