About the Role As a Costs Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and overseeing cost reconciliation projects to ensure they operate within budget and timeline constraints. You will also conduct comprehensive analysis of costs associated with the fintech company's products or services. What you will do Oversee and orchestrate cost reconciliation projects. Monitor and update cost rates levels. Play a key part in cost updates centralizing all costs negotiations data, monitoring and controlling the process as well as managing the agreement repository. Validate and monitor cost analysis results. Bring together cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment between diverse functions to deliver projects’ key results. Determine and define project scope and objectives. Prepare and present data and analytics of key projects. What you will need to succeed Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, business, marketing, economics or related. At least 3 years of finance, operations or project management experience in a Fintech or Payment company. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python) to analyze pricing data, trends, and key performance indicators. Ability to visualize data in a clear and informative way. Ability to analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and cost and pricing optimization opportunities. Understanding of financial and economic principles for grasping how costs impact pricing and how they can be optimized. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills in English.
