What You'll Do Serve as the right‑hand to a high‑profile individual, managing daily tasks and personal requests with full autonomy. Craft bespoke luxury travel itineraries, curating unique experiences and ensuring effortless movement across global destinations. Deliver VIP‑level concierge and lifestyle management, handling everything from exclusive reservations to high‑touch experiences. Coordinate private events and engagements, ensuring every detail—the venue, the timing, the ambience—is impeccably executed. Conduct deep research and manage logistics for significant purchases, rare items, and special gifts. Collaborate with Executive Assistants and different teams across multiple time zones, maintaining a harmonious and efficient ecosystem. Handle sensitive personal and family matters with absolute confidentiality, flexibility, and grace. Why This Role Is Special? What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of PA experience within a UHNWI environment or private family office. Fluency in English and Russian—spoken and written—is essential. Exceptional organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to plan proactively. A flexible, proactive, can‑do attitude, capable of managing shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once. Strong, verifiable references available upon request.
