Managing billions in media, our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists challenges traditional planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey. Responsibilities Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required. Own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within your book of business for Paid Advertising strategies. Own reporting, optimizations, client communication, and execution of keyword research, ad copy development, bid optimizations, and routine campaign management, sometimes with the support of a Specialist. Work with account leadership to ideate and evolve strategy within the broader media mix. Lead execution of optimizations to improve performance relative to goals and manage client budgets. Communicate internally about performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; collaborate with Specialists as needed. Provide ongoing insights and forward-thinking strategy to clients with a strong understanding of the service strategy and levers to drive performance. Communicate weekly client progress, outlining performance insights and future recommendations. Demonstrate excellent marketing and business strategy acumen with full understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid media. Navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changing landscapes to achieve desired results. Own performance reporting and strategy communication, including presentation creation and data storytelling for clients and stakeholders. Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem related to your department. Role Requirements 2-3 years of digital marketing experience. 1-2 years in an agency setting. Minimum 2 years of Direct Response marketing experience; specifically in E-Commerce, Lead Gen or B2B. Minimum 2 years of experience with Meta Ads for direct response campaigns. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing, including campaign development and optimization (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy). Significant campaign management experience in: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns & Bing Ads. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; proficiency in Google Analytics. Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and paid media's role in the funnel. Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and project management skills; self-motivated and quick to learn. Interest in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company.
