Senior Frontend Engineer • The Mobile-First Company Join The Mobile-First Company as a Senior Frontend Engineer and help shape our web products for a mobile-first audience. About The Company We build mobile‑first business software that feels like a consumer app and runs on AI. Our flagship product, Allô, provides a second phone number, AI‑powered missed‑call answers, transcription, and CRM sync, used by over 20,000 businesses daily. Our teams span Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami. What You’ll Do Work side by side with Product, Mobile, and Back‑end teams to build and evolve web products. Develop and enhance existing and new web applications. Contribute to technical and strategic decisions for our web stack. Evolve our web capabilities, define architecture, and create reusable components. Ship high‑quality web apps while improving UX and performance. Monitor usage and performance, identify gaps, and iterate. Build internal tools to accelerate delivery. What We’re Looking For Experience building and shipping web apps with React.js. Proficiency in Tailwind, TypeScript, and TanStack Query. Worked on products with a large user base. Master clean animation, pixel‑perfect design, and smooth transitions. Strong product and design mindset focused on UX. Experience building polished component libraries with detail orientation. Knowledge of scalable and maintainable code architecture. Data‑driven tracking of behavior, usage, and performance. Clear communication, constructive feedback, and mentoring. Fast pace, ownership, and ability to thrive in ambiguity. Comfortable working in English; Spanish and French are additional assets. What Matters to Us Experience in mobile‑first companies. Contributions to products with over 1 million downloads. 4+ years of frontend engineering experience. Proactive, autonomous, and gap‑filling attitude. Effective communication in English.
