Overview Business Development Representative role at Fortinet. Responsibilities Maintain Fortinet Network Security Expert Level-3 Certification (NSE3) and training in relevant solutions, products, and positioning for segments and verticals. Influence prospects by understanding our solutions and products, handle prospect questions with a solid understanding of business scenarios. Drive new customer acquisitions, promote products, and generate interest to set meetings for the sales team and create opportunities in the region. Track and improve performance against marketing quotas and penetration of assigned prospect accounts. Cold call provided lists and conduct warm/hot calls using leads/tools from marketing tactics and platforms. Meet and strive to exceed individual and team quotas; maintain tracking expectations and adhere to policies. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Experience with customer interaction in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. Experience with processes in a call center sales/marketing environment with direct connection to sales outcomes. Experience in the BDS or similar role within the technology sector is key. Flexible and adaptable schedules based on business needs within Latin American and US time-zones. Familiarity with Salesforce is important; knowledge in telemarketing/tele sales platforms is a plus.
