Position Details Position: Finance Professional Type: Contract Compensation: $25–$65/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 20+ hours/week Role Responsibilities Translate, adapt, and synthesize complex financial concepts into clear, structured rubrics and documentation for AI training. Write fluently in both Spanish and English, ensuring precise financial terminology and nuanced expression across languages. Provide cultural and financial insights specific to Spanish or Latin American markets, regulations, and practices. Work closely with reviewers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and align outputs with financial industry standards. Leverage financial analysis and investment expertise to create accurate, culturally nuanced, and technically precise content. Must-Have Qualifications Native-level fluency in Spanish with strong written and spoken English. Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–6+ years of professional experience in finance, banking, consulting, investment, or related financial sectors. Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development. Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
