About the Role: They are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support a variety of regulatory and client service activities. This position plays an important role in ensuring compliance standards are met while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and strong internal and external relationships. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Review, prepare, and process compliance documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Evaluate and verify data accuracy in applications and reports before submission. Research, interpret, and communicate compliance regulations and updates. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and provide compliance guidance. Manage correspondence with clients, vendors, and external agencies. Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of filings and approvals. Maintain organized records and follow established data management procedures. Generate reports to provide visibility into compliance activity. Support cross-functional projects and continuous process improvements. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in compliance, legal administration, or customer service. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Data entry experience and comfort managing high-volume workloads. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Experience with workflow or task management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus. Familiarity with compliance or data management systems is advantageous. Perks – What’s in It for You? Compensation range: $18,000 - $22,000 USD per year.
