What began as high-touch, one-on-one instruction has evolved into a digital learning platform with a flagship product already live. The company is now entering its next phase: expanding into multiple courses, shared infrastructure, and parallel product development — all while maintaining a high bar for quality, clarity, and outcomes. Your Role As the Technical Project Manager , you’ll own the systems that turn product ideas into shipped releases — clearly, predictably, and at scale. Today, work moves forward, but without a single source of truth for roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, or delivery health. This role exists to change that. You’ll design and operate the delivery infrastructure that connects product strategy to execution. That includes ensuring work is well-defined before development begins, priorities are explicit, progress is visible without constant meetings, and teams can move faster using smart systems and automation. This is a builder role , not a status-meeting role. What You’ll Do Product Delivery & Planning Build and maintain clear product and release roadmaps Define timelines, sequencing, and dependencies across initiatives Coordinate delivery across product, design, engineering, and operations Run readiness checks to ensure designs, specs, and requirements are complete before development starts Systems, Documentation & Visibility Create and maintain a single source of truth for product delivery Design dashboards that surface progress, ownership, risks, and blockers at a glance Turn fragmented docs into clear, structured, usable documentation Improve async collaboration and reduce the need for real-time check-ins AI & Automation Enablement Leverage AI tools to improve planning, documentation, and execution workflows Design or improve automations for tracking, reporting, handoffs, and updates Continuously evaluate tools and workflows that reduce manual work and increase clarity Partner with leadership to scale delivery systems as products and teams grow What We Care About Most Clarity over noise – You make complex work understandable Ownership over coordination – You’re accountable for outcomes, not just process Practical systems – You build tools people actually use Strong writing – Your docs reduce questions instead of creating them Execution-first mindset – Plans exist to ship, not to look pretty Leverage through systems & AI – You look for smarter, scalable ways to work You Bring 2–4+ years of experience in technical project management, product ops, or delivery roles Proven experience building and managing roadmaps, timelines, and delivery systems Strong working knowledge of how software products are built and shipped Hands-on experience with Notion, Coda, or Airtable as operational systems (required) Experience designing dashboards, workflows, or internal operating systems Strong written communication and documentation skills Ability to create structure from ambiguity and incomplete information Comfort working async with distributed, remote teams Experience using or implementing AI tools and workflow automation (e.g. AI-assisted documentation, planning, reporting, or ops tooling) What’s Offered Fully remote, contractor engagement LATAM-based candidates preferred Competitive USD compensation (based on experience) High-trust, low-ceremony working environment Direct collaboration with founders and senior leaders Opportunity to define delivery systems used company-wide Interview Process 1️⃣ Application review2️⃣ Short personalty test assessment3️⃣ Recruiter discovery call4️⃣ Practical technical & writing exercise5️⃣ Interview with Director of Operations6️⃣ Final conversation with Founder
