We are looking for a Data & Analytics Director who will lead the company’s data strategy, ensuring the effective collection, analysis, and use of data to drive informed business decisions. This role requires a visionary leader who can manage and develop a high-performing data team, align data initiatives with business objectives, and drive innovation through data-driven insights. Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of Trafilea’s data strategy. Oversee the data science, data engineering, and business intelligence teams. Ensure data accuracy, availability, and accessibility across the organization. Drive the creation of data models, dashboards, and reports to support business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and analytics. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Extensive experience in data leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and managing data teams. Expertise in data science, data engineering, and business intelligence. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and complex data sets. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
