Freelance Motion Designer (Storyteq – After Effects Plugin) Join to apply for the Freelance Motion Designer (Storyteq – After Effects Plugin) role at Superside . We’re looking for Freelance Motion Designers with advanced Storyteq experience, specifically using the Storyteq After Effects plugin to deliver scalable, automated motion content. You’ll plug into existing workflows to help global brands produce high‑volume, localized, and performance‑driven motion assets with speed and precision. Joining this pool means completing a lightweight vetting process so you’re ready to jump in when projects open. We keep our roster small and selective to ensure quality and long‑term collaboration. This is not a one‑off gig, but an opportunity to become a trusted production partner on repeat, project‑based work. What you’ll do Build and animate motion assets using Storyteq inside After Effects, focusing on scalable and automated delivery. Adapt master motion templates for localization, personalization, and high‑volume output across markets. Collaborate with Superside’s creative leads, producers, and automation teams to refine and execute Storyteq workflows. Translate brand guidelines into flexible motion systems that work across channels and formats. Troubleshoot and optimize Storyteq‑driven projects to ensure stability, accuracy, and performance. Balance creative quality with efficiency, delivering production‑ready assets on tight timelines. What you’ll bring Recent, hands‑on experience with Storyteq using the After Effects plugin (not just the template builder). Strong motion‑design background with proven experience delivering automated or modular motion systems. Advanced proficiency in After Effects, including template‑based workflows and expressions. Ability to work within structured automation pipelines while maintaining creative quality. Strong eye for timing, typography, and motion fundamentals. Clear English communication skills and comfort collaborating in remote, fast‑paced teams.
