You have worked on large and demonstrable projects, with 5+ years in a “thinking” role within a development team in a large organization. You are comfortable thinking through problems and methodically laying out solutions across product‑development domains. You have excellent knowledge of the software life cycle and Agile framework knowledge, and you write user stories, translate client needs into clear requirements, and break them down into epics, features, and stories. You have experience with Adobe Workfront—setting up project templates, user roles, access permissions, and assisting with configuration, training, or troubleshooting. Experience with Jira and Confluence is a must. You understand challenges of Agile and DevOps implementations in large organizations and know how to overcome them. You communicate client requirements to developers and other stakeholders, and you can collaborate with business analysts, designers, and strategists. You are eager to learn, self‑driven, and share knowledge with the community. You overlap with your team in EST hours and have reliable high‑speed internet.
