What you will do Driving change with people, planning for change, and overseeing change within the team and organization. Internally, we focus on tools, setting up processes so decisions on rationalization are clear. Right now we are putting investment decisions through the process, and this will be a large part of your role: build change plans related to divesting or investing in vendors, manage the change of people, understand users, resources, capabilities, and access to information. Build a blueprint for scale – managing change, understanding the technical piece that connects to communication – and help lead change efforts, drafting a blueprint that’s repeatable and scalable around tooling. Take the lead with minimal prompts; expected to build and maintain relationships inside and outside your groups, be solution-oriented, define processes and procedures in undefined situations, give feedback, and conclude after evaluating missing pieces of information. Must haves Program/Project Management Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in managing technical product programs, ideally with 3+ years of experience. Own and deliver application enablement programs for 3PAR. Change Management: Ability to drive change within teams and organizations, especially in tool change management and rationalization decisions, and implement change initiatives with a user‑centric perspective. Strong Communication and Relationship‑building Skills: Proven capability to engage stakeholders, build internal relationships, and effectively communicate change initiatives. Solution‑oriented Mindset: Ability to spearhead initiatives, take independent lead, define processes and procedures in undefined situations, provide feedback and ideas, and reach conclusions despite missing information. Adaptability and Ambiguity Management: Thrive in ambiguous environments, execute vision with imperfect information, and take initiative where charters and resources are not clearly defined. Blueprint and Playbook Development: Draft blueprints and playbooks for change efforts, ensuring repeatability and scalability, especially in tooling environments. Leadership in Change Efforts: Lead change efforts, drive engagement, understand user perspectives, and build internal relationships. Independence and Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work independently across levels and functions within an organization. Global Decision‑making: Make rationalization decisions that affect global operations and manage change plans involving divesting or investing in vendors. Business Analysis Experience: Prior experience with business analysis helpful for understanding user needs.
