Operations Analyst We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Analyst to join our team on a large‑scale, US‑based automotive client. The ideal candidate will have 2‑4 years of operations (or adjacent) experience within an advertising agency or a related field. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to build processes from the ground up and contribute to a bespoke delivery center of excellence. This role requires someone with a passion for attention to detail and process documentation. This is a hybrid role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Key Responsibilities Set up and maintain all internal tools and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy across the entire client portfolio Oversee the creation and organization for all projects, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and up‑to‑date Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal workflows, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the client engagement Assist with financial aspects of projects, including time tracking and burn reporting Coordinate with department heads to allocate resources for special projects effectively Liaise with project management team to help manage retained team capacity Maintain and organize internal databases and project management tools to ensure all team members have access to current and accurate information Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Prepare for and support internal and external audits as needed Assist with generation of any ad‑hoc reporting needs as it relates to the data stored in our internal systems and tools Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and enhance overall operational efficiency Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field Previous agency experience strongly preferred 2‑4 years of operations or adjacent discipline (such as project management or client services) preferred Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Monday.com and / or JIRA strongly preferred) Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment About Monks Monks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
