About the Role You will be successful in this role if you can support our clients with creative, organized, and high-quality marketing and social media strategies and optimization. This is a 100 % remote, full-time position (Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm EST). Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing or Social Media strategies. Create engaging content for various social media platforms. Manage daily social media activities and campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms. Requirements Fluent English (C1/C2) and Spanish. 1 – 3 years of marketing support or social media experience. Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, and analytics tools. Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Quiet home office, stable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and backup connection. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred. Discretionary client bonuses (80 % of clients award year-end bonuses). 7 U.S. federal holidays + 4 paid PTO days. Monthly medical insurance stipend (after induction).
