Lead Producer – Jam City About us: Jam City are looking for a motivated and skilled Lead Producer to join our team. You’ll work with designers, artists, engineers, product managers, QA analysts, and other producers to develop new game content like features, events, sales, and visuals. About the role: A Lead Producer is a senior management role responsible for overseeing the production of a specific product or major aspect of a product or several smaller products. They are accountable for the overall success of the project, managing budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple teams, driving strategic decisions, fostering a collaborative and efficient development environment, and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Accountable for the overall success of a product or major aspect of a product, including budget, timeline, and strategic production plans, leveraging agile methodologies. Oversee and manage one or multiple production singing teams, ensuring effective collaboration, resource allocation, key decision‑making, and a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Resolve complex issues, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Develop and mentor production staff, helping them grow their skills and leadership. Recommend and implement tools and technologies to improve production efficiency, including advanced project‑management software that supports agile workflows. Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, spends concise updates to executive stakeholders, external partners, and publishing teams. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Advanced English proficiency Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities. Expertise in managing complex projects and multiple teams. Expert at making high‑impact decisions under pressure. 운산 deep understanding of agile principles and their application at a strategic level. Mastery of project‑management tools and methodologies that support agile at scale. Evaluation and implementation of new technologies to improve production. Extensive knowledge of market trends, player behavior, and business drivers. Ability to have strategic discussions with all disciplines, including Product, Design, Art, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as game design, production, business administration, or a related management discipline (MBA preferred). 7+ years of experience in game‑development production, with a significant portion in senior leadership or management roles. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects. Working Conditions: May require extended hours during release periods. Remote work location. #J-18808-Ljbffr
