Estamos buscando un/a Desarrollador/a PHP Semisenior / Senior para unirse al equipo de tecnología de una importante empresa del sector FinTech. El propósito principal del rol es participar activamentemente en el ciclo de vida completo del desarrollo de software, dende el diseño a la implementación y el manteniento de nuestras plataformas transaccionales críticas. Serás una pieza clave en la construcción de soluciones robustas, seguras y escalables que son fundamentales para el éxito del negocio. Responsabilidades Clave Desarrollar y mantener código PHP limpio, eficiente y bien documentado. Diseñar, construir y optimizar consultas y estructuras de bases de datos en MySQL. Colaborar con el equipo en el diseño de la arquitectura de nuevas funcionalidades y en la mejora de las existentes. Trabajar con tecnologías front-end como HTML, CSS y JavaScript para la implementación de interfaces. Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias técnicas y bugs de manera efectiva. Participar en un entorno de trabajo ágil, aportando ideas y soluciones innovadoras. Requisitos Excluyentes Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia profesional comprobable en desarrollo con PHP. Formación: Ser estudiante avanzado o graduado de carreras como Ingeniería en Sistemas, Analista de Sistemas, Licenciatura en Informática o afines. Contar con experiencia trabajando proyectos end to end. Sólida experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (especialmente MySQL) y manejo de HTML, CSS y JavaScript. Requisitos Deseables Experiencia previa en la industria FinTech, E-commerce o Banca. Conocimiento de algún framework de PHP moderno (ej. Laravel, Symfony). Experiencia utilizando sistemas de control de versiones como Git. Conocimientos sobre buenas prácticas de desarrollo y principios de diseño de software (ej. SOLID). Condiciones de contratación Contratación: Directa, efectiva y permanente con una empresa líder y en plena expansión. Modalidad de Trabajo: Híbrida, combinando trabajo presencial en nuestras oficinas de CABA (zona Belgrano) con trabajo remoto para un óptimo balance vida-trabajo. Jornada Laboral: Lunes a viernes, full-time.
