Job Overview Location : Buenos Aires, Capital Federal, Argentina Company Name : HITACHI ENERGY ARGENTINA S.A.U. Job Schedule : Full time Remote : No Project Manager Responsibilities Lead the team assigned to the project, establishing execution guidelines, distributing activities, motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to perform all needs according to the project scope. Define, together with the project planning and control area, all project documentation, including scope and financial milestones, schedules and risk and opportunity management plans. Plan, monitor and control the project activities, maximizing the established cash flow, ensuring continuity of the project development. Ensure that the project follows best execution practices and company policies, monitoring and controlling project progress and efficient use of resources. Monitor and control the financial activities of the project, verifying billing status, costs, expenses and cash flow, maximizing financial margins. Identify, qualify, quantify and manage risk and ensure opportunities are captured, analyzed and shared throughout the project. When the time comes, ensure that the project is formally closed, ensuring formal acceptance of the project, contract completion and acknowledgement by the client. Understand contract terms and conditions, including consortia agreements, and contractual impacts of changes and/or increases in project development and outcome. Ensure that the project consistently applies contract and claims management systems during execution, accepting or rejecting changes or claims in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements. Coordinate with supply chain management to secure services, materials and equipment needed for the project from qualified suppliers, supporting negotiations and managing changes. Act proactively to meet client expectations and ensure the development of the project as planned, including agreement on deliverables, on‑time payment and long‑term client satisfaction. Act as a key contact for the client and be the focal point for internal referral of project related issues, building strong relationships with stakeholders. Actively develop contacts with different organizational levels in the clients, including executive levels, to work effectively toward project objectives. Assess risks and take actions to avoid or mitigate changes in risk exposure, and seize opportunities to enhance project outcomes. Contribute to the improvement of methodologies and techniques for scoping, planning, execution and changes in the company's projects. Background Qualification Engineering or Business Administration professional with at least 4 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate or Advanced English. Knowledge of MS Project. Knowledge in PMI methodology (certification mandatory). SAP HANA (desirable). Additional required skills Hybrid: 2 days On‑Site, 3 days remote. Organizational and planning skills.
