Scope of the Role We’re looking for a creative and data‑obsessed Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale our email and SMS marketing channels . You’ll be responsible for building lifecycle automations, managing campaigns, and using data to turn subscribers into loyal brand advocates. Duties and Responsibilities Manage end‑to‑end execution of email and SMS campaigns (promos, launches, flows) Own and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post‑Purchase, Win‑Back, etc.) Develop strategies to grow and segment the subscriber list while maintaining deliverability Personalize content and messaging using audience segmentation and dynamic data Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, CTAs, creative, and send times Monitor and analyze performance (open rates, CTR, revenue, etc.) and report actionable insights Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all communications Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and E‑commerce teams to align campaigns with launches and goals Requirements Years of Experience 3+ years in email marketing, ideally in a DTC e‑commerce environment Background Proven experience creating and optimizing campaigns that drive conversions Familiarity with lifecycle marketing and customer retention strategies Strong writing and editing skills with a flair for brand storytelling Bonus: Experience with SMS marketing (e.g. Postscript, Attentive) Tools and Software Klaviyo (strongly preferred) or similar email marketing platform Google Analytics or other reporting tools Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred) Project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr
