The Mainframe Operations team within IAM Operations delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting JPMorgan Chase’s Clients and Employees with a focus on risk reduction, stability, security, resiliency and efficiencies. IAM’s focus on standardization, consistency and simplicity fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across JPMorgan Chase. Responsibilities Perform security administration on Mainframe and Large Midrange servers, ensuring access is granted in accordance with Security Access Control policies, established standards and procedures. Analysis of requests for potential risk exposure prior to processing. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues. Answer general inquiries regarding RACF and ACF2 security practice or access. Participate in audit support activities, as they pertain to Mainframe, for both internal and external audits. Execute test scripts and perform sampling in preparation of audit review. Perform required reconciliation to resolve open audit issues. Ensure communications are customer focused and professional. Qualifications 1-3 years hands on experience with ACF2 and RACF. Basic understanding of Information Security policies/practices. Ability to efficiently troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve problems. Ability to work in a high pressure environment with minimal supervision. Familiarity with the following products: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent communication, written and organizational skills. Open to flexible work schedule. Good familiarity with Security Tools like RACF, ACF2, ETFA and Zsecure. Hands on skills with JCL & IBM Utilities. About Us J.P.
