We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to become a member of our dynamic teams and work closely with one of our inspiring US clients who build high-quality automated tests and enhance existing ones through optimization. If you are energetic, self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and enjoy being a key contributor in an entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you Expectations – the experience you need 5+ years of experience in QA with a progressive increase in responsibilities. Knowledge of QA fundamentals (small & progression tests). Ability to write excellent test plans and test scripts. Manual testing experience. Strategic understanding of automation tools and frameworks, with hands‑on ability to implement and maintain automation regression. Experience with Typescript, Gitlab, GCP, Cloudflare, DNS firewall, CI/CD, Scrum Sprints (Nice to have). Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts, including test case preparation and testing methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to take ownership, and the ability to identify and solve problems quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in JIRA & Confluence. Familiarity with Slack and Teams for meetings. Experience attending grooming meetings, providing input on feasibility and complexity of requirements, and offering POV on tasks. Proactivity. Experience in providing management, including task guidance and delegation. What you will do: Design and develop test automation scripts. Use test automation guidelines and participate in planning activities. Collaborate with QA Analyst and Software Developers to establish quality assurance parameters. Designing test procedures and frameworks. Be responsible for test automation framework design and architecture on medium complexity solutions. Supervise the creation of testing documents. Implement and oversee testing procedures. Provide leadership, guidance, and delegate tasks to team members as needed. Troubleshoot quality issues and adapt test procedures accordingly.
