Requirements Advanced English level for fluent communication. 6+ years of experience in the IT industry. 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering with expert-level SQL and query optimization. Strong Python programming skills with production experience in Apache Airflow. Proven track record of building scalable data pipelines on Cloud platforms (GCP strongly preferred). Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Responsibilities Design and architect scalable data pipelines for multi-source data ingestion (5x5, PDL, Wagescape, etc.). Build and optimize complex Airflow DAGs for data orchestration in Cloud Composer. Implement data validation and schema evolution strategies across bronze/silver/golden layers. Build vector indexing pipelines for ML embeddings. Mentor junior engineers on data engineering best practices. Preferred Qualifications Deep experience with Google BigQuery and Cloud Composer. Experience with Vector Databases and ML embeddings. Knowledge of data streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub). Familiarity with DBT or similar transformation frameworks. Experience with Terraform or infrastructure as code. Benefits Remote work. Competitive salary in USD. Independent Contractor contract with Venon Solutions LLC.
