Ascend is seeking a Concierge Manager to lead shift-level operations across Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment in a remote, luxury travel environment. You will coach Team Leads, ensure 5-star client experiences, and drive process excellence with data-driven decisions.
You'll collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale globally while maintaining quality. 4+ years in luxury travel and 2+ years in leadership are required.
