Use InvestorLift to manage listings, offers, and buyer communications. Negotiate prices and ensure quick, profitable closings. Coordinate with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth handover of deals. Experience in wholesale real estate dispositions. Proficient with InvestorLift software (required).
