As our Senior Product Designer – Design System , you will be the architect of Incode’s design foundation. You’ll define the visual and functional language that unites every experience we build — from mobile SDKs and enterprise dashboards to marketing sites and developer tools. Your work will ensure consistency, scalability, and craft across our ecosystem, enabling teams to design and ship with clarity and confidence. What You’ll Own & Drive Design System Evolution – Lead the creation, evolution, and documentation of Incode’s multi‑platform Design System, ensuring cohesion, accessibility, and scalability across all products. Cross‑Functional Partnership – Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to define reusable patterns and components that improve quality, velocity, and user experience. System Foundations – Translate design into tokens (color, typography, spacing, motion) that align with brand identity and accessibility standards. Design Quality & Implementation – Deliver detailed specs, guidelines, and Figma libraries, maintaining pixel‑perfect parity between design and code through QA, audits, and design–dev syncs. Adoption & Advocacy – Champion the Design System across global teams through reviews, workshops, and async feedback sessions to drive adoption and alignment. Design Operations & Process – Contribute to Design Ops initiatives, helping define processes, tooling, and frameworks that elevate collaboration and craft. Mentorship & Leadership – Act as a mentor and advocate for systems thinking within the design org — elevating design consistency, execution, and innovation. Your Background 5+ years designing and shipping digital products, with at least 2+ years focused on Design Systems or platform‑level design. Deep understanding of component‑based and atomic design architectures. Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables, documentation). Experience with theming, design tokens, and multi‑brand systems. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across design, product, and engineering. Nice to have Experience working with theming, design tokens, or multi‑brand systems . Passion for accessibility, motion, and design tooling.
