Overview Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Growth Operations Associate to support expanding operations and lead growth-focused initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a dynamic, resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments; manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics; develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices. Business Development: Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth; conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions; monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations. Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients; maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders; track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies. Project Management: Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals; provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders. Administrative Support: Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups; assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and analytical skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Familiarity with CRM platforms and healthcare systems, with EPIC experience a plus. A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, fueled by a passion for healthcare innovation. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2 years in operations, business development, or a comparable role; experience in the healthcare or medical industry is highly desirable. Skills Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and data analysis tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively. Analytical thinker with a focus on solving problems and enhancing processes; capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team. Preferred: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
