Position Description We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior System Engineer Architect (Azure Cloud Security) for a long-term contract supporting our US-based client. Responsibilities Design and implement security solutions: Architect and deploy security measures across Azure resources, including network security (e.g., NSGs) and a defense-in-depth strategy Identity and access: Configure access controls, implement the principle of least privilege Establish a Threat Monitoring Solution: Develop a solution to monitor the Azure environment for security threats and vulnerabilities, using Azure tools to identify and mitigate risks Implement security controls and policies: Develop security controls, policies, and best practices to protect data, applications, and infrastructure Ensure compliance: Implement a security posture to align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational compliance frameworks Collaborate with teams: Work with IT, development, and project teams to integrate security into the cloud infrastructure lifecycle Workplace Remote role based in Latin-America supporting Eastern Timezone working hours Must Have Skills Strong English verbal and written skills 5+ years of experience with Azure resources and security Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in secure solutions Experience with identity and access management principles and tools (e.g., Azure AD) Knowledge of network security principles, including private/public cloud network configurations Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell) Strong experience with security best practices, governance, and compliance frameworks Professional Skills Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Strong team and individual player Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
