Job Summary Staff/Chief Scientist Product Technologist is expected to initiate, propose and execute research and development projects. The incumbent must be aware of industry megatrends and be familiar with new trends and products that can positively impact the organization’s Agri‑Nutrients offering. They will propose solutions to customers, lead in‑house new product technology development, scale‑up and implementation in commercial plants, provide technology support to commercial teams, drive the specialty road‑map commercialization and support growth projects. Qualifications Master’s degree; PhD preferred 15 years of experience in new product development, preferably with startup collaboration or prior interaction with startups Strategic thinking and planning Leadership skills to work and influence highly talented people with diversified disciplines and cultures Ability to create, foster and drive a culture of innovation Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Highly self‑motivated Duties and Responsibilities Provide solutions based on market requirement analysis and drive product development until it reaches commercial plants Expertise in urea‑based fertilizer Provide technology support to commercial plants for shutdown, turnover and re‑commissioning as needed Provide troubleshooting & root‑cause analysis support and drive problem resolution for commercial plants Participate in in‑house product technology development, scale‑up and implementations in commercial plants Collaborate with external companies, startups and universities and lead projects toward implementation in the plant Provide insights, directions and support to product development within the group Collect and interpret market, customers and farmer data and collaborate with MDTS and business to make recommendations for improvements to ensure competitiveness Actively contribute to safety culture, coach young employees and initiate new programs Benefits Chance to keep developing your professional career in an innovative environment working with the latest technology, the most advanced tools and best practices All expenses associated with the relocation process will be borne by the employer Indefinite term contract Competitive base salary Benefit for permanency in the company General health and dental plan Application Process Resume Evaluation – a member of our recruitment team evaluates if your resume matches the client’s job description and highlights relevant experience and skills.
