Project Manager – MRM MRM is a digital marketing and advertising leading multinational company. At MRM BA a Project Manager is responsible for activating and supervising production and equipment on a day‑to‑day basis. Working hours: 11:00 to 20:00 hs. Main Tasks Schedule project meetings. Conduct asset quality reviews before passing them on to teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline‑driven environment. Create and manage project scope documents and timetables/action plans. Interact and collaborate efficiently with clients, vendors and internal teams. Identify project resource requirements and facilitate staffing. Coordinate asset deliveries with external and internal teams. Manage workflow tickets and online collaboration. Required Skills Problem solver and decisive with the willingness to collaborate, persuade and deal. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Ability to time‑manage and prioritize. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver an overall solution. Required Experience 6 months to 1 year experience in project management or service management within a professional services company. Advanced English level (oral and written). MS Project or other project plan software (Smartsheet) experience preferred. Familiarity with project methodologies, including agile, hybrid, or waterfall preferred.
