Sales Operation Assistant – ESET Location: Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina Summary The Sales Operations Assistant supports ESET Latin America's Distributors and channels, as well as potential and current clients, providing timely responses to operational sales inquiries. Responsibilities Approve or reject the purchase orders entered by the Partners in the system, validating the data and prices. Solve commercial support queries for the ESET Partners and Distributors in the Region. Generate documentation, update and improve internal processes in the Area. Provide second‑level commercial support for home users through the Regional Support Center. Provide internal commercial support (generation of licenses, batches, reports) for the different Areas. Collaborate with ESET HQ Back Office to meet business requirements. Interact with the Commercial Areas of the Technology Alliances for order processing. Meet resolution time metrics for customer support inquiries. Comply with the Information Security Policies and Directives defined by the Company. Integrate ESET Latin America's values into every decision and day‑to‑day behavior. Qualifications Education Full tertiary or partial university studies in careers related to Marketing, Administration, or Public Relations. Experience At least 1 year working experience in the commercial area. Knowledge and Skills Commercial orientation. Effective communication skills. Service and support profile. Technical Skills Proficiency in Office Suites. Languages English: intermediate proficiency. Personal Characteristics Teamwork. Ability to work under pressure and manage time. Organization. Service‑oriented attitude. Ability to prioritize tasks. Additional Information Travel requirements: None. Confidentiality: 0% access required. Access to ESET sales systems: High level.
