What you will do Platform Oversight & Vendor Management, Product Ownership, Service Delivery & Incident Management, Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy. About you Engineering degree or similar. Strong technical troubleshooting and workflow/process understanding. Experience in product management. Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Experience with incident management and service delivery.
